SKT GmbH provides a comprehensive range of services to ensure the operational reliability and efficiency of industrial lime kiln systems. This includes mandatory UVV inspections in accordance with DGUV Regulation 54 as well as the professional replacement of steel wire ropes on hoisting machines. Our inspections and repairs on lime kilns and peripheral equipment ensure that wear and damage are identified early and corrected promptly. In the field of engineering and 3D scanning, we design and supply plant components according to modern standards. With high‑precision 3D measurement technology, we can scan with an accuracy of up to 0.1 mm and create detailed drawings or manufacture replacement parts based on the digital model. Additionally, we offer process engineering consulting and services from design and dimensioning to the creation and validation of technical calculations, as well as detailed process analyses. We support projects, documentation and technical specifications, and evaluate operating conditions to derive concrete technical measures for safe and efficient plant operation.

Aufgrund unserer langjährigen Erfahrung können wir Anlagen- und Anlagenteile auslegen, konstruieren und liefern. Mit unserem modernen 3-D Scanner (Artec Leo) können wir Ihre Bauteile mit einer Genauigkeit von 0,1mm scannen. Basierend auf dem Scan können wir eine Zeichnung für Sie erstellen oder das Bauteil fertigen lassen.
